02 · The workflow

One clean loop, from preparation to documentation.

Uro-OS keeps pre-visit work, visit review, and documentation in one focused workflow. It supports the clinical conversation without replacing the EMR or the physician's judgment.

01

Invite

A secure link is sent before the appointment. No app install, no account setup.

02

Prepare

The patient prepares their profile with medications, habits, past history, personalized questionnaires, and an easy-to-use voiding diary.

03

Review

The clinician reviews structured patient-reported data during the visit.

04

Document

After diagnosis confirmation, Uro-OS assembles an EMR-ready note.

03 · Clinician Workflow

Review the signal, confirm the diagnosis, assemble the note.

The clinician reviews the submitted information, confirms the diagnosis during the encounter, and then Uro-OS assembles a formatted note from structured inputs. The physician stays in control of the clinical decision and the documentation that follows.

Note assembly
Assembled clinical note ready to copy, with a side-by-side panel comparing the current visit to the previous visit and surfacing patient-reported measures.

Note assembly

Note assembly begins only after diagnosis confirmation. Uro-OS keeps the current visit and prior context visible, then formats the encounter note for EMR copy-paste.

04 · Patient PWA

A calmer way to prepare for a urology visit.

Before the appointment, patients receive a secure link to prepare their profile: medications, habits, past medical history, and personalized questionnaires shaped around their situation. The voiding diary is designed to be easy to complete on their own phone, one entry at a time, with a summary they can save for future comparison.

After the visit, patients can receive a doctor-approved summary, including personalized recommendations when their clinician chooses to share them.

Voiding diary home screen showing day 1 hydration progress, daily totals for intake, voids, leaks, nocturia, and a sheet to log a new entry.
The diary keeps the three-day task visible without making it feel heavy: daily progress, intake and voiding totals, and a quick path to add the next entry.
