What we collect

Through curadia.ca, we collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, role, organization, email, phone number, and message. We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and analytics or cookie data where enabled.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, manage partner relationships, improve our website and product, maintain security, and meet legal or administrative obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

Optional analytics and advertising technologies are disabled by default and are only activated after you opt in. Analytics may help us understand site traffic, campaign performance, pages viewed, approximate location, browser, device, and referral source. Uro-OS and health information

Uro-OS is intended for authorized clinical environments. Any patient, clinical, or pilot data is handled under the applicable clinic, pilot, or customer agreement and only for the purposes needed to provide, support, evaluate, or improve the service.

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with vendors who help us operate the site and business, such as hosting, email, analytics, advertising, security, and professional advisors. Website vendors may include Vercel and, if enabled after consent, Google products such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Some vendors may process information outside Quebec or Canada. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, partners, or systems.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including limited access and need-to-know handling. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business records, security, or legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal information, subject to applicable law and clinical or contractual obligations. Contact info@curadia.ca for privacy requests.
