Acceptance
By using curadia.ca or accessing Uro-OS materials made available by CuraDia, you agree to these terms. If you are using Uro-OS for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Website information
The website is provided for general company and product information. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and does not replace professional clinical judgment.
Professional use
Uro-OS is intended for authorized professional clinical environments. Product access, pilots, fees, support, data processing, and service levels may be governed by separate written agreements.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or product materials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, copy or reverse engineer non-public software, or use CuraDia materials in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
CuraDia, Uro-OS, the website, product materials, designs, text, and software are owned by CuraDia Santé Inc. or its licensors. Access to the site does not transfer ownership or grant clinical-use rights.
Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or comments, we may use them to improve CuraDia without obligation to compensate you, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
