Pilot Goal
With Uro-OS, we aim to increase questionnaire and diary completion, decrease review time, and decrease documentation time.

01 · CuraDia · Uro-OS · Pilot onboarding Q3-Q4 2026
The clinical operating system for urology and pelvic medicine. Structured patient-reported data captured before the appointment, assembled into EMR-ready notes after the physician confirms the diagnosis.
Pilot Goal
With Uro-OS, we aim to increase questionnaire and diary completion, decrease review time, and decrease documentation time.
02 · What Uro-OS does
Uro-OS closes the data gap between referral and consultation. Patients complete structured intake at home; clinicians review a clean summary at the point of care; documentation follows only after clinical confirmation.
Secure pre-visit intake captures history and relevant validated questionnaires without diagnostic automation.
A mobile-first three-day diary replaces paper logs with cleaner, more usable patient-reported data.
The dashboard presents signal without interpretation. The clinician remains the source of clinical authority.
Once the physician confirms the diagnosis, Uro-OS formats the encounter note for the EMR.
03 · The 3Elogy ethos
Three principles that shape every design decision inside Uro-OS, from questionnaire routing to the wording of an assembled clinical note.

Every system output is grounded in clinical instruments, explicit rules, and transparent source data.
02
Clinicians and patients get clearer tools for navigating complex urological conditions together.
03
Behind every data point is a person. Uro-OS is built to preserve the human center of care.
