Uro-OS is pre-pilot. This page is the concise public version of our current posture for curadia.ca and early product work. We will expand it after formal legal, privacy, and security review.

Uro-OS supports structured intake and documentation. Clinicians remain responsible for clinical judgment.
Québec and Canadian context
Our privacy posture is being shaped around Quebec and Canadian expectations for clinical partners.

This page is intentionally short today and will expand as pilots, vendors, and legal review mature.
03 · Safeguards
What we can say now.
The detailed version will live in future privacy, security, and customer documentation. For now, these are the practical controls we are building around.
Access control
Product and business data are handled on a need-to-know basis by authorized team members and service providers.
Service providers
Vendors for hosting, email, analytics, security, and operations are reviewed for fit as CuraDia moves toward pilots.
Retention
Contact and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Product retention schedules will be finalized for pilot and customer agreements.

Questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent to info@curadia.ca.
